About Me
I am a graduate of the Master’s program at the International Institute of Orthotics and Prosthetics (IIOP) in Tampa, Florida. At IIOP, I acquired skills in the field of orthotics and prosthetics, to achieve my goal of becoming a licensed and certified Prosthetist/Orthotist. I am currently a Prosthetic Orthotic Resident in Largo, Florida. My 18-month residency began May 17, 2022. Shortly after starting my residency, I took and passed the combined written exam through the American Board of Certification (ABC). Once my residency is finished, I will be eligible to take the remaining board exams for my ABC license and certification as a Prosthetist/Orthotist.

I spent all my childhood and adolescence around the O&P field thanks to my father, Mark Miller, CPO. When I went off to college, I made it a point to stay involved in the field by working as a Lab Technician in Cincinnati, Ohio at Rocco Prosthetics and Orthotics. After working in fabrication for 3 years, I furthered my skills and became a certified prosthetic and orthotic assistant, allowing me to practice patient care and social skills. With this certification, experience, and the proper pre-requisite courses, I was accepted into the International Institute of Orthotics and Prosthetics Master’s program for O&P.
